[pnpgm] Game Update #104 - File #792 - Party leaves Fair grounds

Kiet ponders this for only a short time. "Raban, I've been to Katai
already. This is where I learned magic. What they did to my master was
simply criminal. Harming a person simply for using magic? Threatening to
kill or imprison us? It'd be almost funny except that it's tragic. Funny
that they waste mundane forces to seek to capture magicians?"

"Where we go we normally would follow their laws...but here, their laws
outlaw us simply for existing!"

"I'm not saying you are wrong, just that different people think differently
on the topic. If someone tries to harm me or those I am sworn to protect, I
will not limit myself to simply convincing them to stop...I may simply chose
to 'force' them to stop because I know that dead, they will most certainly
stop. Like we did with these Vong. I see no particular difference between
the Vong and those Katai that would hunt us down."

"I don't seek to kill, but won't hesitate to do so should it be necessary."
