Raban is concerned that the captive pirates can draw suspicion from 
Katai authorities but equally understands the Captains reasons.
Raban was willing to kill, even to sinking their ship to keep the 
secrets, but it is a different thing to kill a captive.
So he will wait and see, but also pray to his goddess that saving those 
men will not be our downfall.
