[pnpgm] test Oblivion

Over the next day Z'leyra will test the spell Oblivion in several ways. 
She will test whether it works on non-living items, whether such items 
need to have MDV of > 0. She will find out if the victim or object can 
be recalled at a different spot. If it works on an object she will test 
whether a sack containing a number of items can be sent to Oblivion and 
recalled.
