                 A seed forms in his mind. If he 
could just cast a Countermagic(1) onto the  
troll with purple lips maybe it would undo the 
strange magic.  or then try to attack the closet 
threat with spear and shield. Â Â

                 What powers Juno should have  
left to heal he will. While others rest he then 
will meditate to get some back after this is over.
            GM: Ack.  Reminds the spell changes 
should affect SR rank as well.  I've not done that yet. :<

            From Varo: [Re: Actions]
                 Varo is gathered with the others 
at the door when Jaren breaks open 

            GM: Ack.  All 3 trolls are actually 
standing. Unless I goofed up on that. :)

         [Time: 10:13 am]

         [Round 17]

            Rocky flicks a finger at one of the 
trolls and casts his spell on him but it seems to be resisted.

            Juno silently prays to 'My O for the 
poor child to have the love of fight to carry on.


            He considers using a counter spell 
but realizes the spell is not coming to him so he backs off that plan.

            Juno is first to enter cabin and 
charges #1 with spear but as he nears he fumbles 
and spear slips out of his hand. He is glad he has a shield to protect him.

            From back of cabin Mournath aims at 
the troll nearest girl at the back of his knees 
since back armor would be too tough.  The arrow 
flies but whizzes past into a cabinet bouncing off.

            Klorgar enters the cabin to help Juno 
and swings his blade on Troll #2 the center 
one.  He hits low doing 10 points to his left 
leg.  The troll collapses onto his back as he has his leg disabled.

            Rocky charges in and swigs at Troll 
#1 hitting deep into his chest doing massive damage.

             Jaren charges inside and joins 
against Troll #2 as he is on the ground but the 
troll shifts side ways and he misses the disabled troll.

            Varo is gathered with the others at 
the door when Jaren breaks open the door. She is 
tending to be behind the others, but she's tall 
enough to see that there's 3 trolls, not 2.

            “Why didn't that one show up?” she 
asks, as she looks at the seated one swallowing 
something. “Is that a potion?” she asks, louder, 
so the others hear. “Is he a mage of some kind, 
or a leader?” She grasps a javelin in her left 
hand & her rapier in her right. These trolls have 
heavier weapons than hers & heavier armor. She 
would do better to be off to one side, trying to 
flank the trolls and find chinks in their armor 
for her rapier, altho she can brace the javelin 
against the floor or a wall if one of them 
charges her. It's going to be tight quarters in 
there, so she hangs back a bit, hoping to bolster 
one of her companions, although the young girl 
draws both her eye & sympathy at being in such a helpless position.

            Then there's a sound & the rope 
holding the girl parts & she falls to the floor. 
Varo quickly looks to the seated troll to see 
what it's going to do. She wishes she could use 
her bow, but they're past that now. She'll 
support the others & cast a healing spell if one 
gets seriously hurt, but it seems too crowded to 
enter with the others – she'll wait just inside 
the door, to one side once she gets through it & 
do whatever is needed next. She's more worried 
about the purple-mouthed troll, as it is closer 
than the others & she doesn't want her flank or back to it.

            She considers the 3rd troll.  The 
spell detects hostile intent maybe the 3rd did 
not intend hostile action?  Until now.  Maybe this is why only 2 were detected.

            Then a flash comes to mind.  She sees 
the girl back away and drops the javelin and with 
her boot positions and kicks it while its flat on 
floor.  It shoots forward toward the 
fireplace.  Maybe the girl will grab it and defend herself?

            Mournath fires at the troll near the 
girl hitting in his back doing 4 points in his tough armor.

            Juno bends down holding up his shield and picks up his spear again.

            Troll #1 swings his club at Juno and 
it slips out of his hand.  Juno wonders if this cabin is hexed for fumbles?

            Troll #2 on the floor swings at Jaren 
but misses as he is faltering about.

            Troll #3 has yet to notice the girl 
drop but stares at the newcomers.  He grabs for 
his club at his hip and glances back to see where 
the arrow came from. He turns around ready to spread hostile intent.

            Klorgar swings on Troll #1 hits in 
left leg taking him down disabled but he is still alive.

            Razgar moves to side of home and goes 
to fireplace and tries to find a few foot and 
hand holds.  He starts to try to climb to the roof.

            Rocky swings at Troll #1 sling deep 
into his left arm cutting it off killing the troll.

            Varo can't wait longer in case the 
standing troll turns and clubs the girl.  She 
charges toward him and swings rapier but misses.

            Jaren stabs at Troll #2 hitting in 
the neck and killing him easily as he is on the ground.

         [Round 18]

            Mournath can't fire on the last troll 
as too many around now.  So he backs out and moves to get to front door.

            Juno moves back to help Varo and 
spears the last roll's left leg and he falls to the ground disabled.

            Klorgar moves to troll #3 but misses his attack.

            Rocky swings on the last troll hits 
and does the final damage to kill him.

            Varo bends down and helps the 
girl.  She grabs a discarded pillow on the ground 
and allows it to cover her naked body.

            Mournath sees Razgar trying to climb 
and comments the battle is over and moves past to the front door.

            Razgar shrugs and joins Mounath.


         GM: Actions? Comments?

             Next Update: Wednesday?

         GM: A quick update than I 
figured.  Sorry for delay.  Wow 2 fumbles and 3 
leg disables?  So next update will do tons of 
admin stuff.  Lots of book keeping to do.  Its 
too late now to do more stuff.  Thanks guys.  Stay tuned.
