I know I don’t want to walk up to the giants and say 'boo!'.

If a path can be found to enter the woods in a location the giants can’t see us, we at least have some cover and we have a chance to see if there is anything else in the area.  Then head towards the giants to see if we can surprise them.

BTW.  Has Arawn told the rest of the party that their mana has been mildly restored?
