[Dorhak Red Wall]

Dorhak is more than apprehensive about going on board.  First off, dwarves and water rarely mix.  Second, there are those large creatures wandering on board.  But Dorhak is not known as a coward, and sees some people on board before him that haven’t yet been attacked by that wolf or large cat.  He hitches up his belt and goes on board.


naturally, that giant elf is on board.  And some human he's never seen before.  And the wolf is just kind of hanging out. Big wolf.  He keeps his shield and mace handy.


finally, from below decks, Dorhak sees movement of people.  No!  His own people!  This is hardly believable.  They clamber up on deck, clearly unaccustomed to the bright light.  Dorhak moves toward them but stops short.  He is downwind of them.


In Dwarvish Elder he addresses them with "Auch!  Laddies!  It’s so good to see you, oh, but keep your distance!  You all could floor a giant with that smell!"  The others of his companions probably don’t know that dwarves have quite the discerning nose.  "What has happened here?  We heard there might be captives held here in this boat."


after they talk some, Dorhak asks "Do they have any of your belongings below deck?"  Dorhak will happily help.  When they are ready to leave, Dorhak suggests getting cleaned up, then drinks.  He thinks about what this may cost him and decides he might try to get one of the others to pay the bar tab.  Likely a large one!
