[pnpgm] Delays blame staff

[pnpgm]

Hard to find a good staff these days..

Plan was to start at 1130 and get 8.5 hours done as i predicted to 
finish update.
6 hours for 2 phases
2 hours to spell check and minor stuff
30 min for minor edits.
plus a bit of time for 3 emails.

Simple plan...

But started 2 hours later.

So what can ya do.

That plus 2 emergenices and storms...

Sooo will try to finish next week.

Would try saturday but got a errand to do.
If not Sat will only have Tuesday.

Thur/Fri/Sun/Mon are hard pressed days.

Unless I gethome early.

So we'll see.  So still got a few more days.
