Fremea is relived that none seemed to react, though rather confused too, as she was told to never show anyone. Or at least that is what she remembers. The reaction from Etain was completely unexpected. Did he truly not understand her mark or even know about it? How can this be, the teacher who knew everything about her, didn't.
