[PnP] Dwarf magic

I found an error in latest Book 1...where Dwarf magic is described, the calculation for maximum EL is shown as (W+armorer EL)/20...the original books plus the Elder creatures book show it as divide by 10.  Big difference!

Wizards have a max EL of 11, unless their attributes can be boosted (or supernatural special event),  Dwarf magic can reach EL 18(!!!) without supernatural events.
