Does anyone modify this spell? If Speaker is EL1 and Learner wants language. Do you do as is or do you lower the EL down to Speaker's EL? I mean let's say learner has chance to learn el80 (very high stats) But speaker only knows el10. Do the gods bless learner with fulll fluency or just what speaker knows? A good topic for us GMS.
