[pnpgm] fire dart

[Alex Koponen]

First casting on herself the highest EL Clairvoyance spell that she can
cast in one phase (not using staff). Then if in range Z'lerya will cast a
Fire Dart (through helm) at the creature. If not in range she triggers the
speed of her boots, gets in range and casts the Fire Dart.
