If any of the Zin-like shifters gets close enough, Kiet will fire off as many ring Smokeless Flames as he can.  After that, if we don't advance out of their reach, Kiet will use his shield's Earth Strength spell. 

Even in this gods forsaken place, there are elements, so likely Elementals.  If Kell were here in person, he could call up some to fight with us.
