[pnpgm] something on Arawn

As the realization that they had been subject to Upper World or Lower World
time without having cast protections hit Z'leyra she startled to find
someone pressing something into her hand and telling her to "Use this on
him."

So she does. Immediately taking it to the wound in Arawn while trying to
figure out what it is and how to work it. She concentrates on it healing
his wound and restoring Arawn back to life.
