[pnpgm] Game Update #26

   If it's not too late, Arawn will take care of payment for himself and his horses in regards to the road tax. Also, if the weight of the food/grain/water carried by the party and such will delay the party's arrival then Arawn is willing to purchase a cart if this would speed things up. Sorry, don't have books to reference at this time.
