Kell just tries to not get hit so he can finish his spells.
 
Then he'll send one elemental to each flank and have them SMASH all vong.  [Think Hulk from the Avengers.]
 
This assumes it all works.  If not, Kell has plan B.  He's going to throw his spear at the other shaper, hoping to impale her nose (and hence brain).  Then grab his second spear and repeat at any unharassed shaper.
 
If/When the elementals arrive, let the evil laughter begin. :)

When I talk of priorities, it means that if all things are equal, attack the highest priority.  If there are no priority targets in range/site, then help protect others.

Kiet, for instance, knowing how important Chion is to himself and the group, will throw a rope against his Vong opponent...he is well within range.
