[pnpgm] Kiet actions

Kiet will follow Kell and do what he can to protect him...this to be done by chucking ropes at any brigadier or vong that get close.  Kiet will cast the Entangle at the max EL he can in a single round.  Kiet's not stupid enough to get between Kell and the bad guys... 



Sorry, but this is not Kiet's kind of fight...
