Kiet's standard proceedures are to cast EL1 Entangles on approaching Vong, and EL1 flight (grabbing Zhou, if he's in trouble) if they get close enough hit Kiet.  Fly just far enough back to get away and then land, cast El1 entangle if they approach, etc. 



If the Entangle works, execute the entangled Vong.
