[pnpgm] Game Update #96 - File #755 - Riders approach Zhou

Fremea lays on the roof watching, not sure of what to do from here. She could take a shot at the group, however that would just get them all to look her way then and that could just make things worse for all. She just continues to watch for now, hoping the others will ride fast to stop the group from blowing the mission. She will be ready though to shot if need be.
