Kiet hears the Captain and his reasoning for claiming the weapons.  The amount he should get should be able to both compensate himself as well as allow the sailor's family some 'comfort'. 



"Captain, I think that is a fine idea about the funds for the sailor's family.  I heartily endorse such an action."
