Chion sits and listens to the high elder with no smile on his face. When the high elder is done, Chion stands and approaches the middle of the room. He pauses for a minute and looks intently at the high elder. After this, he says, "I am not willing to do this thing. I will listen to what the others say before giving my final decision." He will then return to his seat, sit and wait for others to reply.
