[pnpgm] OCC - AdventureNet Gateway Reopened to this list

[Adventure Network -- POW Email List Gateway]

I am letting yall know this list is now being gated to Longshot's
AdvenureNet Network. I recently took over the Network from Scott Adams
so I reopened the gateway between the list and the echo, Adv_pow on the
netwotk.
