	This installment was a slight revision on Richard's Storm article he did.  It was so well done I found little problems and could not improve on it.  However, I did add the v2 creatures to the file for encounter tables.  So those are the slight changes.  The bottom of the file has some minor new or additional changes as well.  But the bulk of his article I didn't touch.
