deadline was reached. No one complained or wanted it
extended. As of now we are not 100% but almost there. Bess
has to let me know if her character s 100%. Pyan/Panther has not
replied to discord or here to see if he is playing. I've no background
from Wout but not mandatory. Everyone else is 100%. So what
comes next? I sent revised sheets with weapon stuff (crit, fumble,
impale) and let some folks know if they are encumbered. Some solved
that by horses. So my agenda is:

if will use encumbrance or not. Learning not to and making it very
loose. BUT with that said if you are severally encumbered then I
may apply it for you. Since not fair for one to carry plate and
tons of gear while others do not. I'll decide on that soon.

RQ maps. Modern and old ones. So I need to setup a game map.
It'll be Dragon Pass area but probably not 100% cannon. My art
skills are bad but I can try to do a map with a hex editor. But I'm
not artistic so this may go bad. :) This will take time.

start till I hear form Bess/Pyan. At least Bess. But with her
medical issues I hate to push her. But I may type up a pre-pre
update for next week. A classic party enters town from X or Y.
Looking for Adventure. I will do a street and bar fight. To
demo with no pcs. Just npc and make it show the mechanics of
game. Street for magic, long range stuff and bar fight for close
combat. So folks can know what to expect. So will post that
sometime next week.

update. Honestly need a bit more time once I have pcs done I can
plan around each. I never do published adventures 99% of
time. I have a simple adventure in mind very simple classic.
