reading the website posts to get them all. In answer to your
questions: 1) Raddok WILL be diplomatic in what he says to Velf, as
long as possible. (He may have trouble with some swear words &
name-calling anyway - lol) 2) re: cliff rope - Raddok had 100' of regular
rope, but I felt there was an indication that someone else used their
rope for that descent down the cliff. Raddok's would have only reached
halfway, in any case. Whether or not it is determined that Raddok's rope
has to be used for that descent, he still has the 50' of fine rope, his
grapple & all his other climbing equipment with him, in & on his
backpack.]

GM: Ack. If had 100 feet it'd get to the cave
easy. Most folks have rope I just wanted to know (still do need to
know) who owned the 2 set of ropes. But lack of
answers/participation. :< As to website seems like list is
working fine but my website is slow updated as I said Archives is faster
second to list itself.

Well, Nerts! Dorhak’s first thought was 'secret',
though they often get so old they are meaningless. "That’s
what I get for taking the suggestion of that elf," he says to
himself.

Out loud, before he moves forward, he asks out loud to
Raddok, "I thought there were two questions at first. Has
slime here (he motions at Velf) seen the other dwarves move forward from
here?"

Raddok feels an inner sigh of relief that his guess worked,
& tries not to grin at the other word given. "Do we all go down
now?" he asks, "Or not?" He looks at Velf, then at the
others for clues. He asks Arawn & Dorhak, in Dwarf Elder, how to
respond to Velf's accusation, and shrugs his shoulders hesitantly.

Velf shakes his head, “no. If he has faith and the
determination he will cross. If not he'll be another lost soul.
Only 3 have crossed out of the 3 dozen. This is a dangerous
part to simply ignore is death. Once he is over he'll be questioned
more. Chances are we'll not be able to help him then. We wait
as none have passed the ..wall's investigations.”

Dorhak breathes slowly and concentrates deeply. He
steps forward to the edge of the abyss. From far behind and blocked
by others Unali and Fremea inch forward in the darkness. Fremea is
now visible. But other beings are blocking most of their view.

Barbosa inches a bit closer to Dorhak.

Velf raises a hand to block Dorhak, “you must be
willful and believe you can cross.” He glances at Raddok for a
quick translation.

Dorhak steps forward with one boot raises over the
edge. One step and its death or a sure footing. He leans
forward and sinks forward. His heart races as gravity takes over.

But at that instant Barbosa leaps forward and grabs
Dorhaks's shoulder dback of his chainmail. “You stubborn
fool!” He begins to pant and tries to pull Dorhak up but the small
dwarf struggles begin in earnest.

Velf hits Barbosa in the shoulder, “let him go! If he
doesn't have the willpower he loses!”

At the same time the two high diamond gem/ward on top left
and top right glow a bright white, then gray and a small bit of red
hue. Velf glances and sees this, “we will all die if he doesn't
fall!”

short update. I had hoped more folks would've – helped. But
guess not. So now what? Will try next update Friday or Sat
