Intent is to trip them up as opposed to strangling them (I don't think that's the intent of the rule/spell...but tying them up is). That way anybody attacking them might get a bonus to hit or the Vong might get a minus to hit or even on damage (since they can't get leverage to 'cause' damage.</P>
