[pnpgm] Rocky actions

Abandoning his arbalest (as it takes too long to cock again) Rocky Yells
"In tree!" as he grabs his shield and casts a Disruption spell while
putting the shield on. Next he will put on his sling pouch, grab and ready
his sling and start slinging bullets/rocks at the attackers. If meleed he
will punch, kick and then grab his sword and fight with the sword.
Knowing his eyes are better in the dark than most others, while slinging he
will yell out locations of the enemy when he sees them.
