[pnpgm] Akasha

IF we are at the place where we want to view the past Z'leyra can do the
Akasha spell. To have folks other than her to see it she will tie a Major
Illusion to show what the Aasha shows her. First she casts Balance
Purification max EL thru Staff for Akasha and Sidh Purification EL0 for the
illusion then casts the spells thru Staff to show what happened.
