[pnpgm] clean blade, heal, consider options re acid critters

Z'leyra immediately wipes her blade clean of the acidic blood by wiping it
on the grass. A quick wipe with an oiled cloth and she sheathes it so she
can help patch folk's wounds.

She considers taking spell components from the corpses so that in the
future she can dedicate some weapons to the killing of these creatures,
Weapons that will be immune to the ravages of the acid these creatures have.

She also wonders how long till she starts regaining her mana.
