Kiet yells out "Storm Giant coming!" Then attempts an Elder Dispell at EL2, as that can be cast in one phase (to cancel the wind spell).  If it fails, try a Max EL Dispell.

Kiet’s intent is to let it get about 50' or so away then start alternating ring fire with an Elder EL2 Dispell in hopes of cancelling any lightning bolts it may try to throw back.

Kiet will attempt to use whatever cover is available.
