[pnpgm] Alarm start spells

Seeing the giant, Z'leyra yells "To arms!", pulling out her drum and
casting Orient Self EL0 on herself. Then she casts Balance Purification
ELmax thru her staff to assist in her following attempt to cast Oblivion at
her maximum EL thru her staff at the giant. She hopes that with her skill
and help from her ring, staff and spell that she will be able to overcome
the penalty that the giant's HPV will make. Either the giant will vanish
into oblivion...or she will.
