Ok...

I have figured that water is:

1 gal (4 liters)/day/person minimums x2 for exercise (working the ship)=2 gal/day
2gal x 30 days=60gal/month.  This is about 500# of water and barrel.  Slightly larger than a normal barrel today.

So...16 people x 2gal/day = 32gal/day. 14 day trip down to Halle.= 448gal, about 8 barrels.  Add two for safety.  Total 10 water barrels just in case.

Kiet recommends including some cheap wine to use as flavoring mixed into the water and it helps prevent disease.  So...1 barrel of cheap wine. 🍷 but keep it under lock and key...sailors aren’t known for their sobriety.  

Food...average 3fp/day x 16 people x 14 days= 672 fp...round to 700.  Travel rations all.

Buy enough of all of these at Halle for the return trip...we do tend to leave our destinations in a hurry.

Food for the Eagle...maybe some rabbits 🐇 

Food for wolf...they eat once every three to four days...but they need live food.  We will need 4-6 goats...which can also provide fresh milk...while they last, anyway.  In the meantime, don’t annoy the wolf.

And...maybe buy a keg of ale for our captain and his friend...just for sucking up purposes. 😉

This is probably more than what any manor might have....so I suspect we will need to buy this stuff.
