   No need for Z'leyra to barter away her stuff. Arawn brought over the cache of gifts set aside for the tribe when he translocated to Cetric's village. Here's the list for Z'leyra/the party to present to local leaders and she can pull some items from it to secure the inn.

Z'leyra would have paid the innkeeper for room and board for the party and their horses, negotiating if told a rate that she deemed high.

With the earthquake Z'lyra will attempt to cast Balance Levitation on herself and those immediately around her at the highest EL she can cast in one phase. If successful she will then look to see what might be causing the quake.
