   "Perhaps it's just the ride then but you just seem a bit on edge," Arawn said, drawing attention to Unali's continued grip on her dagger with a flick of his eyes. He smiled but when she made the comment about being creeped out by open spaces he just looked at her in a scrutinizing or perhaps knowing manner for just a moment before letting it pass. He then greeted her horse in its own tongue before joining the conversation between Z'leyra and the dwarf.



   "Assuming Dorhak decides to accompany us, why not have him use the necklace first? Once he's learned Marentian it should ease communication. I don't see a reason for us to wait another day to begin open conversation," he suggested.



   Arawn grinned politely when Dorhak voiced his concerns about being strapped as gear on one of the horses.


   "No such worry, good Dorhak. Z'leyra was just suggesting that you might be able to ride on one of the pack horses, as we do. I would offer you a ride but Corsaya is a bit particular about whom she chooses to bear.


   You've been welcomed and if you decide against this, is there another place you'd rather be? If not, then at least join us until the morning. You'll have shelter, food and a warm fire while you make your final decision."
