[pnpgm] patch Pyan

Not noticing the vines Z'leyra uses Pyan's shirt to apply pressure to the
wound, slowing or stopping the bleeding. Then (if not aware of being
attacked) she will cast EL0 Healing Mist heal Pyan to full Health.

If aware of being attacked she will either deal with the threat or heal
Pyan depending on the danger she sees in the threat and likelyhood of
others dealing with it quickly.
