If the first Detection spells don't find anything, Kell will try a third set.   Detection for Anything from a Wolf Shaman - hair, nails, clothes.  [I didn't think of this first, so neither did Kell]

If that casting fails to find anything, he will move along the path the wolf took and try again.  This time only casting Detection for things from a Wolf Shaman - hair, nails, clothes, etc.
