Kiet offers up some possible help for Pyan.

"I don't know if it will help, but I have some enhanced Darbha Grass and some Amaranth Seeds that Pyan can have. But you healers would have to tell me if they might harm him conflicting with your magic."

Kiet now wishes he hadn't activated his shield. If it was still working, he could have given it to Pyan to use to regenerate.

Sheesh. It's bad enough to be taken out by a snake, but friendly fire...?

She had been slightly worried that Zabra would step back into the line of fire but had seen by her motion that it was not what she was doing, that Pyan would get into the line of fire...she hadn't seen.

With burns like this it will be very painful for him, but we must wait till the morrow before casting another healing on him. Perhaps then would be a good time for you to demonstrate to me how your healing spell works."
