[pnpgm] Kiet actions

If Unali hears the yell from Kiet and notices the fear in his voice, she 
will grab her daggers and run towards that sound.

Once she sees they are giant spiders she will attack to kill.

Once the fight is over and if Kiet is not sleeping/dead, she will extend 
a hand to help him up, saying "You are not afraid of the local wildlife, 
isn't it?"
