     "You...will....die..." Mavac gasps as the others begin
      to smell burn flesh flow from the bucket of fire.

Kiet looks up to him without expression and says "We all die at some point. It's just that for some, that time is sooner than for others".

As the feet start to roast and blister, Kiet moves the coals a bit away from the feet and uses a wooden slat or that old tool handle, and whacks the bottom of Mavac's feet.  He then looks up to Mavac and asks him "what is your name and what is your official position?"  If he answers then say "very good!  We are making some progress.  Now, to whom do you report?"

Assuming he will not answer, Kiet tsk, tsk's and says "this is so unnecessary.  Certainly you understand that we can do to you whatever we wish.  But only you have the power to stop this.  So tell me, to whom do you report?"  If he fails, then redo the heat treatment to his feet, and the beatings to his feet.  Twice, each time asking the same question.

When he stops talking again, it's time to begin the water torture.  We will begin by feeding him as much water as we can...holding his head in place and his nose shut so he is forced to swallow or drown.  Nobody drowns this way.  They always swallow.  We keep putting more and more into him...then Kiet whacks he distended belly with the rope again....and again...continually asking these questions in order until he gets some answers.  

   Who are your men. 
           Where do you keep your slaves. When and how do they get
           slaves. Who did you sell to. Where do you keep your records.
           Where is your profits stashed."

If he stops responding to the water torture, it's time to begin with the slivers under his nails. 

After that, back to the feet

Then it's time to start yanking teeth...

Then it's time to start driving the slivers further into the nails

Then the water again

Then the feet...

At some point, Kiet has to decide if/when the prisoner will ever talk...then it will be time to kill the man.  Should that point be thought to be reached, it will be time to try one last torture.  Kiet will take some of the burning wood, at least ones that are burning at one end, and apply it to the mans genital area.  He will, one would expect, react very negatively...but Kiet will give him one last chance to answer all of the questions before the application.

After this, when Kiet thinks the man has truly given as much as he will, Kiet will use his daggers to puncture the victims lungs.  And let him drown in his own blood unable to fill his lungs with air.

Then he will turn to the other man with a slight smile...and say "Perhaps YOU will be somewhat more cooperative...hmmmm?"
