When I talk of priorities, it means that if all things are
equal, attack the highest priority. If there are no priority
targets in range/site, then help protect others.
Kiet, for instance, knowing how important Chion is to himself
and the group, will throw a rope against his Vong opponent...he
is well within range.
GM: Ack.
From Kell: [Re:
Kell just tries to not get hit so he can finish his
spells.
Then he'll send one elemental to each flank and have them SMASH
all vong. [Think Hulk from the Avengers.]
This assumes it all works. If not, Kell has plan B. He's
going to throw his spear at the other shaper, hoping to impale
her nose (and hence brain). Then grab his second spear and
repeat at any unharassed shaper.
If/When the elementals arrive, let the evil laughter begin. :)

[ Mountains west of Pamau]
[Time: 3:26:23pm]
Caladan glances around and chooses a good target for
some spells. He could fire on the brigaders or the Voxyen
in the south if it weren't for Will in the way. He glances
toward Z'leyra and can see one Voxyen attacking something
in the air and assume it to be Fremea. So figures it is
a bad target as well to fire on so decides can't use magic
a this time.
Kell builds his energy to attune himself to the earth.
Gan stores his own magical energy for a spell.
The other freed wizard smiles and builds up magical energy.
Kiet builds up energy so he can enchant some lifeless ropes.
Kiet looks south and sees Lin in his way of the target. He
grumbles to himself mentally and shifts his body a bit backward.
Now standing to the right and slightly behind Kell he begins
to toss his rope segment high in the air and twirl it around.
At this close distance to Kell and the rock wall behind him
it could be a easy miss. But he has no choice and better angle.
He just hopes he doesn't capture Kell instead. He flicks his
hand toward the Vong in front of Lin and it lands 15 feet from
Kiet. the rope wraps around the leathered leg of the Vong
warrior and slips down a bit to his top of the warrior's boots.
Now to enchant the rope.
The Shaper in front of Z'leyra with her now Buzz Bug
pistol in hand raises it at at point blank range right at
Z'leyra's chest. She first the 12 bug volley. The razor
Shaper tooth armored bugs slam into Z'leyra. Of the 12 bugs
7 impact on her. Of the 7 only 2 penetrate through her
magical chainmail doing 3 and 4 points of damage to her ribs.
The other Shaper raises her own Fire Bug pistol toward Raban
but then decides the better target is Chion. She fires and
the 12 flying bugs zoom the 60 feet toward the sailor. Of
the 12 bugs half impact onto Chion's left side and left arm.
Of those 6 only 4 get past his armor and do 1, 2, 3 and 1
points of additional damage as they explode in a mini fireball
like a set of matches burning at one time.
Kiet quickly speaks the words to enchant the tossed ropes.
The rope around the Vong's legs begins to move. Kiet knows
the warriors strength could if they so desire break the ropes.
Maybe later on he can work on anti breaking endurance. But
for now the warrior's legs are weaker especially engaged with
other things around him. Kiet clenches his fists and makes
the rope entangle both legs and tighten.
Kell speaks the words to cast the first part of his pact
spell with the gods and earth. He just hopes the gods have
no forsaken him by casting this so many times and losing
two elementals to death and another world.
At the same time the unnamed wizard raises his right hand
and points it toward the group of brigaders. If these people
are right the Bony Heads are too strong for magic. But the
humans should be easy prey. He flexes his shoulder out of
pure habit. He misses his red cape. Doing magic to woo
women was fun even though it was dangerous. He knew the
risks but doing carnival tricks was easy with the farmers
who never saw a spell. Half the fun of magic is the show
and without a cape for flair he feels naked. But he quickly
speaks the words taught to him by his uncle.
Gan also speaks the words that he needs. Now in the open
threshold he feels alone. But soon in a split second he'll
be in the thick of things. With the final words he disappears
and with a blue hue light show he reforms to the left of the
Vong warrior holding Unali's brother.
Fremea places his bow onto his back and with his other hand
draws his Elven dagger. Hovering in the air he knows the
Voxyen might fly as fast as her and swipes at the ugly beast.
He slices a piece of skin doing 1 point of damage past the
heavy thick fur.
Z'leyra reeling from the impact of the bugs raises her
magical great sword and swings as hard as she can slicing
the Shaper deep in her ribs doing 14 points of damage killing
the Shaper which was already wounded.
Even though that Fremea is using her wings to bat the
Voxyen away the creature tries to come around to her back
and bite her. But she is too agile and it misses to make
any contact.
The other two Voxyen fly toward the group. One dives
for Chion and bites his left shoulder doing 2 points of
damage and flies up. The other moves toward Unali but
she gets a warning from the magical dagger and she
ducks just as the stinking beast tries to bite her.
Raban leaps over the edge of he pit and uses his
ability to fly over the pit. He quickly lands on
the other side of the Vong warrior holding Unali's
brother. Landing crisply he reaches under the chin
of the warrior and pulls back his gauntleted hand
and twists using his other hand. The warrior's neck
snaps with enough crunch that even Kiet can hear it
across the cave. The warrior slumps to the ground dead.
Unali sick from the bool toxin tossed at her from Nom
Amor long ago reels under the waves of nausea, but she
tries to raise both daggers above her to defend herself.
But she can only raise her magical dagger with any good
effort with the fleeting energy.
Farseeker swings again at Vong #3 hits in his chest
but the crab armor protects him from the blow.
Chion twists to the left and leaps up and swipes at the
fleeing Voxyen and impales it in his stomach doing over 30
points of damage causing organs and a massive spout of
blood to fall even before the creature is dead and slams
into the ground a few feet behind Chion.
Ben'dar stabs Vong #15 with his spear but fails to
make any contact at the agile creature.
Arawn looks over Unali's shoulder at the flying
Voxyen and quickly hands Unali the orange pill. He
mouths to her to eat it quickly. Then in one motion
he draws his Elven blade and draws it up to defend
Unali. He glances to the west to see Raban and not
Gan seem to be helping the prisoners.
Kell raises his shield to ensure the Voxyen doesn't
attack him while still trying to cast his spell. He
also raises his spear just in case to deflect blows.
Lin tries to thrust his own sword at the warrior being
attacked by Chion and fails to hit.
The Vong warriors move all at once. Vong #1 moves
south east toward Farseeker. Vong #2 moves down toward
Ben'dar and swings his amphistaff but fails to hit.
Vong #3 thrusts at Farseeker but makes no contact. Vong
#11 moves toward the cave entrance and ends up near the
brigaders.
Vong #12 moves up toward Chion and thrust his ammphistaff.
He hits the sailor in the right leg but does not penetrate
his armor protection.
Vong #13 runs up the final few feet and comes to attack
Chion doing 3 points to his left middle ribs.
Vong #14 thrusts at Lin and hits but his leather
armor protects the light attack.
Vong #15 thrusts at Ben'dar but fails to hit the
Zen'da horseman.
The other Vong warriors stand in place and watch the
fight for some reason.
Supreme Commander Shimara also moves at this time and
steps over Omni and moves silently and slowly toward Raban.
Raising his coral implanted hand he swings to bash the Giant.
But the giant seems to sense the attack and side steps just
in time to miss the blow.
Caladan ducks a bit low and swings high wild toward the
hovering Voxyen but fails to hit it.
Kiet considers another rope to make fly as he controls the
enchanted rope to tighten around the legs of the warrior.
Will runs to the north side of the pit and rounds it to
move toward the leader attacking Raban.
The Brigaders now with drawn swords move toward the north
east. Rather the first two do running toward Unali and Arawn.
The other two do not move. One of the brigaders turns to swing
his sword at the other one. The man's sword slices the middle
ribs of the other man doing 6 points almost killing him. The man
that swings at his friend can't seem to understand it. but
the wizard who cast the spell on him does. The other wounded
Brigader tries to swing wildly at his own ally but fails to hit
as it was a quick rash action.

Next Update....Friday...
GM: Only 1 phase. I wanted to do 2 but ran out of time.
So will work on Update likely Wed/Thur. I do not
have the mana chart updated with the above info. So
will work on that in a day or two. A couple Vong dead
and couple players wounded.
Vote! If you haven't already do so if in the USA. If
your in Europe fly here and vote even if not a citizen :)
If you don't vote then don't complain! If I find out
you didn't vote you will get a friendly visit from the
dwarves with a very very boring dvd on voting rights
and force you to see it.
GM: Arawn - I assume you'd want to defend Unali until she is
cured. After that what then?
Fremea - Assume to continue the attack on the voxyen now
that the leader is engaged with Raban.
Kell - 1 more phase to do the pact then some more for
the summoning.
Kiet - Want to do 2 entangles at one time? Have a good
target with the Voxyen attacking Unali. With its six
legs might even be easier. Only 12 feet away in front
of you. The other warriors are behind Chion and Lin
so might be hard to throw at.
Will - Want to go after the leader or the other guards?
Z'leyra - New target?
