[pnpgm] Kiet's further actions

Once Kiet gets control of the wagon, and himself, he will rein in the team to a halt.  After that he will check around to see where everybody is gathering at the crash site and turn to head there to pick up any that need rides or assistance, like the wounded.

When Kiet gets to the crash site he will halt the team, set the brake and tie off the reigns.  Then he'll stand up turning to the UFO, take his helmet off, and be grinning....but with the satisfaction of seeing something difficult to handle working out for the best.

Kiet will help Zhou out of the wagon should he want it, and then help the others as best he can.
