[pnpgm] Kiet's call to action

Kiet sees these so-called monks shuck off their disguises and then yells out "Kill the ones in front!  Then we'll out-run the rest!"

If Kiet sees at least three riders attack the front 'blockers', then he will say "Hyawh!" and snap the reins to get the horses moving.
