[pnpgm] Game update #28 - File #84 - Chion gets the message

[Raban is a bit upset to see the assassin has not yet been punished for 
his crime, but understands they want to handle things their way for now. 
Looking about, he decides it would still be best to gather his things 
while its quiet and goes upstairs. Things could fall apart at any point 
when the guard is involved.
<So back to original post plan for now. Maybe the other future responses 
are still valid after all?>
