Hearing the clatter (presumably lots of things
smashing and a few ouchies from inside) and seeing
Unali draw her weapon and a thud against that side of
the house Chion will draw his sai and look to the
north end of the house. 

Presuming that he also hears the "don't kill him" part
he will attempt to run closer and subdue the person.
Seeing that they have some sort of telekinetic ability
he will expect to have to dodge something.

He will also call out, "You there STOP! We are friends
of the owners of this home!" Hoping to sort out if the
person is a guest or squatter.
