     [Recap]

        From Chion:  [Re: Actions]
          Chion, seeing that the folks are seemingly compelled to
          sleep figures he ought to wake them up as allies. He will
          cast at EL 0 the spell "Transport" and move due north
          through the sleeping bodies and towards the north side of
          the large tent (hoping to hit the tent a little on one side
          at least). This will be a moveby past the Sentry in the
          middle of the crowd of sleeping persons (may or may not
          hit due to width of wave). His theory is this: If they
          take slight damage, they may awaken from their seemingly
          magic induced sleep and be uncontrollable by their captors.
          It seems like a good idea, although he also realizes that
          they may also not be on his side when they awake either.
          But to him at this point it looks more like they are forced
          labor rather than helping the cause. A mild amount of damage
          should wake them all and also ruffle the tent some.

          That is his hope at this point. He should be able to get 40
          feet in the next phase while at the same time waking 2 rows
          of waking persons (its only 5 feet wide, so he's going for
          a foot and a head of each row basically).

          With any luck he expects to be able to rudely awaken about
          a dozen sleeping persons. With poor luck a few of them will
          die. But hey, nobody said he wasn't nuts to begin with,
          right?

          After looking at it it seems Chion will be pretty close to
          the other sentries and the gate when he's done, all the
          better!
        GM: Ack.  Interesting plan.  Didn't expect it.  Nice to be
          surprised.  :)  Did you read the note on hitting obstacles? :)
          for the spell. :)  If your moving 20 feet per phase you'll
          soon be off the map :).  You realize you'll need to dispell
          the spell to stop it.

        From Ben'daR: [Re: Actions]
          Ben'Dar will continue to attack the nearest target to him
          with his pike.  He will stay near Farseeker so that the two
          of them can watch each other's back.  Ben'Dar will continue
          to move in a generally southwest direction, toward the main
          campfire.
        GM: Ack.

     [New Stuff]

        Octaqi 21, in the 163rd Year [TH]
        [Meanwhile somewhere on the plains]
         [Day 51 of Trip] [Near Enemy camp]
         Time: Roughly 2:05am

     Turn 1 - Phase 4

        [Mana Allocation]

           [Caladan wants to allocate mana for a spell but he can't
            even move his tongue....]

           [Z'leyra allocates mana for a quick healing spell.]

           [Chion allocates mana for a spell.]

        [Missile Fire]

           [Thig recovers from his aerial attack.  He sweeps down
            and targets a Zen'da.  He only has a couple shots
            in his repeating crossbow left.  He can't fire near
            enemy where the sleeping villagers are for their safety.
            He targets #12 near the SW corner of the campfire.
            his magical crossbow's dart hits the enhanced magic of
            the dart and crossbow boost the damag eot 11 and his
            strength adds 1 for 12 points.  The dart penetrates in
            the neck and severes a artery.  The man falls to ghe
            ground dead immediately dropping his bow.]

           [Zen'da #16 reloads his bow and aims it at Caladan.
            A easy target on the ground.  But that dog is in
            the way!  Dumb dog.  He mvoes the bow toward the
            left and aims it at Rin and fires.  but the arrow
            goes to the west of Rin and misses him.]

           [Zen'da Bowmen #18 aims at Rin as well at 22 feet he
            fires and hits.  The arrow penetrates the ribs on the
            right middle abdomen deep and does a massive 15 points
            of damage.  Rin reaches down to feel blood as his heart
            suddenly stops...his eyes glaze over and he falls to
            the ground..]

           [Zen'da bowmen #19 holds his bow ready but has no target.]

           [Zen'da Sentry #26 aims at Ben'dar but knows he could
            hit the Zen'da fighting Kasha and the Big Warrior.
            he knows the anger of the Big Warrior and what he
            is capable of.  He doesn't fire only having a 2 foot
            corridor to fire through.]

           [Zen'da #29 around the campfire has no target to fire on.]


        [Magic Effect]

           [Z'leyra places a hand on Praelux and murmurs a few quick
            magical words.  A Green hue spreads from her hand to the
            chest wound and it begins to heal almost by 50%.  Praelux
            is in much better shape and should live now.]

           [Chion speaks a few quick words for his spell.]
           GM: Due to Casting Speed involved you'll not be able to
             cast it till next phase.

           [the man with the glowing armor in the middle of the
            villagers (#WZ) points at Chion and speaks a few words
            but nothing happens.]

        [Melee & Movement]

           [At this point the free horses from the corral feel
            safe and stay put in their current positions.]

           [One dog III tries to leap at Kasha again but misses his
            attack.  The other Dog III's remain in place.]

           [The 2 dogs by the Big Warrior stand put.  The one on the
            east near Rin barks at him and snarls at the body.
            The 3rd dog heads toward the corral..  The dog creeps
            into the corral from the gate and looks around to see
            if theres trouble here.]

           [Farseeker turns and thrusts at #17 as the other one
            Ben'dar just knocked out.  The sword impales and
            does 10 points of damage.  The Zen'da falls to the
            ground.]

           [Unali backs up.  She suspects the female is a prisoner
            abused by the Big Warrior who left earlier.  She
            emerges back outside and looks right.  She sees the
            man near the horseman and the short man on the horse
            shouting orders.  The other man is facing south.  The
            horseman is facing north/north east.  She runs for
            the horseman with daggers in hand.  At 10 feet she
            encounters 2 sleeping villagers.  She has to stop
            running and creep slowly between them.  She then
            sees the horse only a foot away.  The horseman turns
            eastward and shouts orders to the man in the middle
            of the villagers (#WZ) and doesn't see Unali.  Side
            by side she can't reach the rider's head 4 feet above
            her own in the saddle.  She had to hit the body itself
            to try to subdue.  Both blows hit as she hits the
            rider's chest and does 7 points.  The rider sways but
            stays in the saddle.]

           [Ben'dar charges southwest toward the campfire.  He
            sees the dog right there and swings his pike sideways.
            He never liked hurting dogs but it could attack him.
            The side of the blade hits the dog and it goes flying
            a foot down and is knocked out.]

           [The big warrior dismounts knowing his target.  He
            grabs his spear and puts it in his belt and grabs
            his mace.  Slowly he slaps his horse to go off.  It
            leaves the area.  He stalks eastward past the body
            of Rin and the barking dog who cowers back.  The
            man is 6'7 and 200 pounds with a lot of muscles.  He
            comes up against Farseeker and swings his mace but
            fails to hit him.]

           [The short man Unali just attacks is dazed but he
            grabs at his scimitar on his right sheath and swings
            at Unali but the blade misses her head.]

           [Balrog and Zen'da #7 struggle hand and hand at the
            dagger.  The point is toward #7 under Balrog.
            Balrog is able to gain a strength boost and thrust
            the dagger into the chest of #7.  It does 5
            points of damage.  The Zen'da warrior releases his
            grip and goes out.  Balrog quickly checks and finds
            him not dead but only unconscious.]

           [Caladan struggles to move but only his eyes are able
            to move and nothing else.  A tall shadow (the big
            warrior) crosses near him but that's all he sees.
            He struggles to move but can't.]

           [Zen'da #14 stays put waiting for orders.]

           [Jordi thrusts at #9 but again fails to hit.]

           [Kasha turns northward and swings his mace at the man
            who snuck up on him #24.  His magical mace hits and
            does massive 13 points to the chest.  The man falls
            back into the tent and it collapses.]

           [Strie'bog moves southward and ends up near Z'leyra.]
           GM: Since no posted actions couldn't react failed spelled
            without permission.  So I sent you south in hopes you
            could get some action there :)

           [Zen'da #29 drops his bow and draws his Scimitar.  In
            order to guard the other bowmen he charges toward
            Ben'dar.  He swings wildly but misses his strike.]

           [Zen'da sentry #9 near Jordi tries to bash down with
            his scimitar but Jordi brings up his shield and
            it blocks the blow.]

           [Lodd swings on Zen'da #22 but fails to hit.]

           [Praelux moans but continues to lay there unconscious.]

           [Rider Zen'da #22 right over Rin rears his horse back
            and has it land on Rin's limp body.  Rin thrashes
            back and forth from the trample attack.]

           [Corr swings up at Rider #27 but fails to hit.]

           [Zen'da #22 swings at Lodd and hits for 2 points of
            a minor wound.]

           [Zen'da #6 turns toward Unali hearing the attack and
            goes to the rescue of the short man.  He charges
            Unali and swings at her but misses by inches.]

           [Rider #27 swings down on Corr and hits for a minor
            3 point wound.]

          ---------------------------------------------

          GM: This is part a.  It is now midnight.  I will try to
            work on part b (next phase).  But I doubt it'll go
            out tonight.  So if its not out by Tuesday morning
            it didn't.  This could allow you to alter and update
            your actions.  Before I work on part B.  I'll have
            the next phase though out tomorrow night.

          GM: Unali just a note the rider moves before you (horse)
            so he could flee.  Chion your magic will go next
            phase.  Rin and Caladan are still down and vulnerable.
