I'm about 75% done with the file.  Got about 20 of the 83 pages to read.

One request could you do the WL Power chart like in the culture file?   I

guess the Religion, Government and Military forces we can figure out. 

But the Power rating might be useful.  I still use the chart for geo

political matters like when shifts of balance of power occurs (which has

occured like in the Port Doman area for my universe).  And soon an

invasion will occur in my pbem camapaign that'll shift power again

:)<br>

So Power, GNI and anything else you could name :)  Would apprecate it.  I

hate to give ya more work though.  Up to you.  :)<br>
