<font size=3>Yes and No. Yes in that he can do all the work if he
wants. If its table game then I'll be there with him to help
out. (ie to watch those dice). Course if its a remote
generated say over the computer/phone then I'll trust the person and can
judge based on rolls (ie 8 20s in stats is a bit odd?) you can judge if
the person is cheating or not. So it depeneds on those rolls.
Some things I may do the rolls or decide with the player. Areas
where GMs may wish to be wary is the Special Events (everyone wants to be
Royal or Rich) or Station. Other than that pretty easy to allow the
player to do what he/she wants.<br>

<font size=3>Yep. Not a problem for me. I rather outline the
character first so I knwo what to expect. Something out of the blue
might be harder to deal with but I can deal with it. Again its easy
to tell where a person may have gone overboard like 3 magical items and
supernatural will might be a tipoff :)<br>

<font size=3>Generally no. I will tend to have the player round
down what they want to play - a Wizard, Thief, Fighter, Scholar then roll
that up. Several just wastes the time of the player.<br>

Why you asking your GM having issues or your asking in terms of your
players?<br>
