[PnP] Martial Arts EL bonus - Does it apply to missile weapons?

Hello all, first time posting.

Does the Martial Arts EL bonus apply to missile weapons?

Yes, I do know it's my campaign, but I would like to get a sense of how
others handle it. My current thinking is that it doesn't, but there is also
Zen archery, and I remember David Carradine throwing spears around on the
TV series, Kung Fu so maybe it should.

Yes, I'm that old.
