[PnP] Named Items Question

Check out the Permanent Magics spell. The enchanting of a named plate armor
likely included Enchanting it for Armor Value, possibly Weight and
conceivably Alteration to fit different sized wearers. In addition for it
to have a castable spell it was Ensorcelled and will be able to cast it (EL
+ 1) / 3 RU times per day.
