[PnP] Normal humans for P&P

It has been decades, but I made up 'normal humans' using a system I devised
that used either 1D3* or average dice (2,3,3,4,4,5), I forget which. I have
it written down somewhere. If there is enough interest I can work on going
thru my old gaming paperwork to try and find it.
