[PnP] pnp Digest, Vol 152, Issue 6

Just to jump in after a long absence since my group has not played “pure” P&P for quite a while now, but I still like shepherding systems. :)

As per the V2 rules, If you cast the Tongues spell at the 5x rate (which we required as a “ritual”, with a casting rate in minutes instead of phases), and if you passed the learning test (roll less than Will+Empathy), you gain the Language at staring EL.  For our games, starting EL in this case is what you roll, limited to a maximum of 80.
